Fit– Designed to fit you generously and as close to perfect as can be. Material– Soft and comfortable, 100% premium cotton (bio-washed). Print– Printed crisply and directly on the garment. No color fading after wash (upto 25-30 washes). Wash care- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
We use reputed courier companies like Ekart, Xpressbees, FedEx, Bluedart & Delhivery. We will prioritize the courier partner based on serviceability and delivery timeline.
It usually takes 7-10 business days to deliver a product.
(Exception: AOP-All Over Printed products take 12-14 business days to deliver since these are handcrafted - cut & sewn on demand.)
Tracking details are sent via e-mail 2-4 business days from order date and you are responsible to track your own orders and follow up with the courier company.
Deliveries and dispatches may get affected due to holidays/natural calamities/political disturbances.
The Manan is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Since your order is custom printed you assume all risks when choosing the style and fit. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
We typically do not accept returns/exchange due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
We just send you a free replacement for damage or bad printing result, wrong size and design from us.
If you have received incorrect size or design, please mail us at email@example.com with detailed reason for return and photos. (If photos cannot prove your claims, please upload a video.) Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, we will refund you via the same payment channel.
Invalid Reason: Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at The Manan. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
