Courier Partners and Delivery Time: We partner with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and others to ensure timely delivery of your orders. For most urban areas in India, the normal delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order if ordered before 12 PM. However, please note that delivery to Jammu & Kashmir and Northeastern states of India may take 12-14 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays, festivals, or any local strikes or agitations. Please understand that while we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot be held responsible for any operational delays or negligence by courier companies or their staff at their respective branches. Additionally, if your location is rural or outside the delivery area of private couriers, shipping time may be longer than the mentioned time frame.

Processing Time: Upon placing an order, please allow 3-4 days for processing. This processing time may extend by an additional one or two days if our small team is overwhelmed with orders. Processing includes various tasks such as printing, stitching, packaging, and coordinating with our courier partners for pickup. Our production clock starts at 12 PM every day, meaning orders placed after 12 PM are usually processed the following day. For All-Over-Print (AOP) orders, the processing time is typically 5-6 days as these items are printed on fabric in parts and then stitched together to create the final product.

Tracking and Communication: Once your order is processed and ready to ship, a tracking link will be generated and emailed to your registered email address. You can use this tracking link to monitor the whereabouts of your parcel. If you do not receive the tracking link, please reach out to us at for assistance.

Smooth Delivery: To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide accurate address details, landmarks, and an active mobile phone number during the order placement. The courier delivery person will directly contact you, so please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the day of delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you miss the courier's phone call, as attempts are limited. Additionally, we are unable to provide the phone number of the delivery person unless provided by the courier company. In the event of non-delivery, the parcel will be returned to us, which may take a similar amount of time for the return process.
