If you receive a product that is incorrectly sized or designed due to our mistake, email us at email@example.com with a detailed explanation and accompanying photos for your claim. If photos alone can't prove the issue, a video will be the next step. You have a 10-day window from your purchase date to qualify for a free replacement.
The "Right Size, Wrong Fit" Scenario:
If the product you receive matches your order but doesn’t fit well, we offer an exchange option at your expense. Costs for this type of exchange include the re-creation of the product and shipping fees, and these will differ depending on the product. To proceed, send us an email and we’ll share a payment link for the exchange. Note: Customized or name-printed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
Once your order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation is not an option. However, if you cancel before this stage, your payment will be fully refunded via the original payment method. Please note: Web cancellation is not allowed for prepaid custom/name printed orders.
Invalid Cancellation Reasons:
We can't entertain cancellations for reasons like "change of mind" after an order is finalized. Doing so compromises the value we strive to offer at The Manan. Remember, finalizing an order is a binding agreement to purchase.
