In most urban areas of India, expect delivery within 7-10 business days from date of order if placed before 12 PM. However, deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and Northeastern states may take 12-14 business days. Please note, business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, festivals, and local strikes. All-Over-Print (AOP) orders typically take 12-14 days to deliver due to the intricate fabrication process. While we aim to meet these timelines, any delays due to courier operations are beyond our control. For rural areas, shipping may exceed the stated timeframe.
After placing an order, allow 3-4 days for processing, potentially extending if our team is overwhelmed, involving tasks like printing, stitching, and packaging. Our production cycle starts at 12 PM daily; orders post this time are usually processed the next day.
We don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selection of size, design, color, or customization errors for personalized/name-printed products. However, if we make an error, we'll gladly replace it free of charge; notify us at info@themanan.in with reasons.
For size mismatches, provide clear pictures or a video showing the issue. Upon validation, we'll send a free replacement. If you still want a replacement unrelated to our error, it's at your expense. Contact us for assistance and payment details.
Cancellation Policy: Orders are final once printed or manufactured. Changes can be made if production hasn't started. After that, no changes.
