General Delivery Window:
The standard ETA for most of our products is 7-10 business days. For our handcrafted All-Over-Printed items, please allow 12-14 business days as these are meticulously cut and sewn to perfection.
When the Clock Starts Ticking:
Orders submitted to The Manan after 12 PM IST go into production on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order:
Keep an eye on your inbox; we'll email you tracking details within 2-4 business days after you place your order. If you haven't received your tracking details yet, rest assured. Your order is already on its way and you can expect to receive the tracking information within the standard delivery window of 7-10 business days. From there, it's up to you to keep tabs on your package through the courier’s tracking system.
A Note on Busy Days:
We're a tight-knit crew, and sometimes high demand can lead to slight delays. If timing is crucial, shoot us an email, and we’ll see how we can expedite your order.
Unpredictable Factors:
Holidays, natural disasters, and political upheaval can affect delivery. While we'd love to control the weather and solve the country's politics, we can't, and we’re not liable for delays caused by our courier partners.
Courier Limitations:
Once an order leaves our warehouse, its journey is fully in the hands of our courier partners. We have zero control over their staffing or regional branches. If you need direct assistance from the courier, their customer service details are readily available on their websites.
