T-shirt specification: Made with 100% combed cotton (heathers contain 17% polyester) 180 gsm fabric.
Hoodie specification: Made with 320 gsm,100% premium cotton fleece (heather contains 17% polyester).
Mug specification: High quality ceramic mugs with capacity of 11 ounce (330 ml).
Apparel size: Check our size chart before ordering. This will ensure you get the right size and a good fit. Do not compare our size chart with other brands. Please select the correct size based on your body measurements. If in doubt, take a t-shirt which you already wear, measure it, then compare to the chart. If between sizes, always go a size above. When you are ordering a hoodie, choose a size above your t-shirt size. For example: if you wear our M-40 t-shirt, then choose M-42 hoodie.
Print: All our apparel are printed directly on the garment using HD quality digital printing technology with water-based, toxin-free, and non-hazardous inks. The final print is vibrant and last up to 60 washes. Mugs are printed with 3D sublimation printing technology giving a swanky glossy finish.
We team up with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and more to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. In most urban areas of India, expect delivery within 7-10 business days from date of order if placed before 12 PM. However, deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and Northeastern states may take 12-14 business days. Please note, business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, festivals, and local strikes. All-Over-Print (AOP) orders typically take 12-14 days to deliver due to the intricate fabrication process. While we aim to meet these timelines, any delays due to courier operations are beyond our control. For rural areas, shipping may exceed the stated timeframe.
After placing an order, allow 3-4 days for processing, potentially extending if our team is overwhelmed, involving tasks like printing, stitching, and packaging. Our production cycle starts at 12 PM daily; orders post this time are usually processed the next day.
We generally don't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selection of size, design, color, or customization errors as we produce items on order to serve our niche audience efficiently. If we make an error, we'll gladly replace it free of charge; notify us at info@themanan.in with reasons.
For size mismatches, provide clear pictures or a video showing the issue. Upon validation, we'll send a free replacement. If you still want a replacement unrelated to our error, it's at your expense. Contact us for assistance and payment details.
Cancellation Policy: Orders are final once printed or manufactured. Changes can be made if production hasn't started. After that, no changes.
