Return, Refund & Cancellation

At The Manan, we prioritize the satisfaction of our niche audience by offering custom-made products manufactured on demand. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations, we have outlined our policies below:

Return and Exchange Policy: We typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selection of size, design, color or customization instructions. We manufacture items only upon receiving orders and this allows us to cater to our specialized audience effectively. Returning a product increases the risk of dead stock, which cannot be resold, especially considering the unique preferences of our clientele.

However, if there is a mistake on our part, such as providing an incorrect size, design, or color, we will happily send a free replacement. Please notify us at info@themanan.in with detailed reasons why the product is eligible for replacement. 

If the size of the product does not match what is provided on our size chart, please follow these steps to facilitate a resolution:

Please take clear pictures of the product in the following format: For example, if you ordered a t-shirt in the correct size but received a different size, lay the shirt flat on a regular surface and measure the chest from armpit to armpit using a scale or tape. The pictures should clearly demonstrate the discrepancy in size that you have received. Please note that apparel products have a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches.

If the pictures do not sufficiently support your claim, please provide a video in the same format.

Upon validating your claim, we will promptly send you a free replacement, no questions asked.

In cases where a replacement is still desired due to size or fit issues unrelated to our error, we can send a replacement at a cost borne by the customer. This cost is usually less than the actual product cost and it includes product printing, reshipping, and other overhead charges. Kindly contact us via email for further assistance, and we will provide you with a payment link for the exchange.

Cancellation Policy: Orders placed with us are usually final and cannot be canceled once they have been printed or manufactured. However, if changes are necessary, please inform us promptly at info@themanan.in. If the order has not yet been manufactured, we will accommodate modifications as per your requirements. Unfortunately, once production has commenced, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. This policy ensures that we uphold the value of each order and client.

In the event that a cancellation is necessary after our acceptance or due to unavoidable circumstances, we will initiate a refund through the same mode of payment used for the transaction, utilizing our trusted Razorpay payment gateway. You will receive a refund ID with details sent to your registered email address. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 banking days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or card issuer using the RRN ID provided by Razorpay for further assistance.
