Your order is already on its way and you can expect to receive the tracking information within the standard delivery window of 7-10 business days. From there, it's up to you to keep tabs on your package through the courier’s tracking system.

If photos alone can't prove the issue, a video will be the next step. You have a 10-day window from your purchase date to qualify for a free replacement.
The "Right Size, Wrong Fit" Scenario:
If the product you receive matches your order but doesn’t fit well, we offer an exchange option at your expense. Costs for this type of exchange include the re-creation of the product and shipping fees, and these will differ depending on the product. To proceed, send us an email and we’ll share a payment link for the exchange.
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
Order Lock-in:
Once your order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation is not an option. However, if you cancel before this stage, your payment will be fully refunded via the original payment method.
Invalid Cancellation Reasons:
